I am inspired by passionate enthusiasm, and by optimism (nice generic answers, I know). I'm also very inspired when I see people speak out about things that matter to them, and speak up when they see wrong doings in the world. I get inspired by successful women, female academicians, female philanthropists and youths that spend their time doing genuine volunteerism at the grassroots level.
I get encouraged when I meet or read about young people who try to be better at what they lay their hands on.
I get touched when I see/read about young people with great visions and dreams. Especially those that aspire to become a voice unto our generation.

To answer this question I first have to say that I often find it difficult to obey authority figures who I feel are not justified in terms of the ways they lead others. Yet, I strongly agree that we all need leadership but leaders should be chosen democratically and their methods should be open to public critique. Thus, a good leader is one who will listen to their followers and will effectively compromise with them in order to ensure a clear vision for her or his organization, country,... ( leggi altro)
